Order Processing

All items are made to order.

  • Standard Items:
    Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be carefully made before shipping.
  • Pre-order Items:
    Please allow 10–12 business days for processing and preparation before shipping.

Note: If your order contains both standard and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready (dispatched within 10–12 business days). If you prefer to receive your standard items earlier, we kindly suggest placing separate orders.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. 


United Kingdom

  • £3 shipping fee per order
  • Free delivery on orders over £25 (after discounts, if applicable)
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (estimated 2–3 business days)


Hong Kong / Taiwan / Japan / Macao

  • £8 shipping fee per order
  • Free delivery on orders over £85 (after discounts, if applicable)
  • Royal Mail International Tracked (estimated 6–7 business days)


Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
