3. What materials do you use?
I use embroidery threads, beads, fabric, and carefully selected earring components.

4. Are your earrings lightweight?
Yes. Most designs are made to be lightweight and comfortable for daily wear.

5. How long does it take to process my order?
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 days for your piece to be carefully made before shipping.

8. Do you ship internationally?
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Currently, shipping is available to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Macao.

9. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.
