Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@sakiyahandcrafts.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If there is any damage, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Clear photos may be requested to process your request.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@sakiyahandcrafts.com
This policy is originally written in English. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
